Aksu, on the eastern side of Antalya, is where farming and tourism meet: greenhouse and field work, long shifts in the Kundu hotels, and fast-growing new neighbourhoods in Altıntaş. Each of these ways of working loads the body differently.
Long hours bent forward in greenhouses and fields, and lifting crates and sacks, are closely linked to low back pain and disc herniation. For hotel and restaurant staff, standing all day brings heel pain (plantar fasciitis), knee and back complaints. We plan treatment around your workload: safe lifting technique, break patterns and short exercises you can do after a shift are part of the programme.
For young families in Altıntaş and nearby, postnatal recovery, children's posture problems and desk-related neck and upper-back pain are also topics we often work on.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get here from Aksu?
About 25 minutes by car. Traffic can build up in the evening rush hour, so it is worth allowing for this when you book.
I work in a greenhouse or in the fields. How many sessions will my back pain need?
It depends on how long you have had the pain and whether there is a disc herniation. Most back-pain cases need 6–10 sessions plus a home programme. At the first assessment we give you a clear range and plan treatment around your working pattern.
I stand at work all day and my heel hurts. Could it be plantar fasciitis?
Heel pain that is worst with the first steps in the morning and eases a little during the day is typical of plantar fasciitis. At the assessment we look at where the pain comes from and refer you to a doctor if needed; treatment combines stretching, strengthening and adjustments to footwear and workload.
