When you complete the appointment form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and the message you write.

When you visit the site, technically: your IP address, browser and device information (user agent), the address you arrived from (referer) and your browser language preference.

The message you write may contain information about your health. Health data is a special category of personal data under KVKK and is processed only with your explicit consent, for the purpose of assessing your appointment request. We suggest describing your complaint only to the extent necessary.

We use the data we collect only to:

• Assess your appointment request and get back to you • Schedule appointments and avoid double booking • Contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp • Prevent abuse and spam submissions through the form (this is what the IP address is used for)

We do not use your data for marketing and do not send you promotional messages without your consent.

Processing your appointment request is based on KVKK art. 5/2-c: processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract.

Health information you provide in the form is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK art. 6/2. You give that consent when you submit the form and may withdraw it at any time.

Technical records kept for security purposes rest on legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2-f.

Your data is stored on a server located in Türkiye, in a password-protected database. All traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with an SSL certificate.

Appointment notifications are sent to the clinic's email address using Google's email infrastructure (Gmail), so the information in those notifications is also processed on Google's servers.

We do not run advertising networks, social media tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

When someone signs in to the admin panel, an authentication cookie is created for the session; this concerns clinic staff only.

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed • Request information if it has been processed • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly • Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate • Request erasure or destruction • Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to • Object to a result reached against you through analysis solely by automated systems • Claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
